Settlements Clerk

Purpose of Postion
To assist the settlements department with auditing driver trip packets to ensure drivers are accurately paid
Qualifications
- At least 6 months prior experience in an office setting is preferred
- Must demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Must have experience working with Microsoft Excel
Key Competencies
- Communication - Ability to clearly communicate in terms that are clearly understandable by internal and external contacts.
- Computer Proficiency - Proficiency in the use of personal computers, including basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented - Must demonstrate high attention to detail in carrying out the majority of job functions.
Principal Accountabilities
- Audit daily settlements
- Perform daily fuel download functions
- Perform daily fuel audits
- Assist drivers over the phone with settlement inquiries
- Balance Comdata accounts weekly
- Assist with the scanning of required documents into the payroll system
- Analyze reimbursements
- Other duties as assigned
